| Job Description: |
Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church (MCLC), a vibrant 450-member congregation, is seeking a Minister of Youth and Worship to serve in the areas of youth and music ministry, supporting the mission of MCLC - "A church dedicated to the mission of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ" - by ministering to our high school teens and leading congregational worship. This is a full-time, 40 hr./week benefited position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
The youth ministry portion of this position reports to the senior pastor, Pr. Tim Knapp, for 20 hours per week; MCLC Youth Ministry Mission Statement: Youth walking together to experience new life as followers of Jesus Christ.
The music ministry portion of this position reports to the Music Minister, Peggy Scudiere, for 20 hours per week; MCLC Music Ministry Mission Statement: Serving with excellence, that all may experience the reality of God's presence, resulting in a growing, personal relationship with Him and the body of Christ at Mt. Calvary.
