The Warden Community Church is seeking a fulltime pastor for a rural non-denominational congregation. The pastor is the spiritual leader, worship leader and prepares the worship sermon. Also performs or leads sacraments, communion, baptism, weddings, funerals and lead confirmation classes. The pastor is expected to perform counseling, visit the sick, shut-ins and new visitors and attend church meetings. In a small church the pastor is very involved in all aspects of the church life. It is expected that our pastor will be involved in and support our mission activities in the community. We expect the pastor to be involved in community events and support church family in activities. We believe this involvement in the community leads to mission outreach. Warden, Washington is a rural community of 2,500 people. Warden is centrally located in the state of Washington. There are 137 active and inactive members of the church, with a regular attendance of 50-75 each Sunday.
