Mountview Baptist Church is seeking a qualified individual to serve in the full-time position of Director of Children’s Ministries who will provide a strong biblical foundation to help children (birth through fifth grade) establish a lifelong faith in Jesus Christ. Responsibilities Include:
· Oversight of Sunday morning programming, AWANA program, vacation bible school, Christian summer camp, children’s music and special events
· Recruiting, training, and organizing lay leaders to assist in the above programs by utilizing the resources of the church and community to support these ministries
· Providing Christian care and support to children and families through counseling and training to assist in building Christ-centered relationships with one another
· Implementation and design of outreach events to bring the message of Jesus Christ to the children of our community
