Job Description:
First United Methodist Church of St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR to establish and implement church-wide financial, personnel and administrative objectives, policies and programs which are in keeping with the church's overall vision and to oversee the maintenance of the physical facilities. Salary and benefits are commensurate with those offered throughout the community and the Florida United Methodist Conference. Educational and proficiency requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources or other related degree. Five to ten years experience working within in human resources and/or finance management areas with excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Previous leadership experience with a clear understanding of the working relationships within church congregational and volunteer organizations is preferred.
