Job Description:
The Associate Pastor will:
1.Preach and teach the Word of God as revealed in the Old and New testament
2.Share preaching load with Senior Pastor
3.Be involved in congregatinal care
4.Administer Baptism and Communion
5.Attend weekly staff meetings
6.Meet with Elders and other leaders when requested
7.Be a church Board member
8.Keep life in harmomny with the Word of God and be a worthy example of
Christian living
9.Keep life consistent with the standard set by the Evangelical Coventant's
Ethical Principals
10.Be accountable to the Senior Pastor and the Church Board
11. Seminary preferred
12. Wide experience as a pastor preferred
13. Salary $23,00.00 per year
