Job Description: The Pastor of Mobilization oversees the internal ministries and resources of FFC, ensuring they are mobilized (i.e., moving out in sync and with strength) for maximum impact.

Desired Experience and Background
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in church leadership or financial management is expected.
2. A bachelor’s degree would be preferred.
Principal Duties:
1. (40%) Equip and mobilize the ministry leaders of the various internal ministries of FFC.
2. (15%) Help create and communicate effectively the vision of these ministries, as well as church-wide events, to the congregation.
3. (40%) Oversee the church finances, provide periodic reports requested by the elder’s, and coordinate and report on progress of new church facility.
4. (05%) Meet weekly with the lead pastor to pray and plan for the future.
