Congregational Sales Specialist
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Managing, developing and growing assigned church accounts by building relationships, selling products and services and providing excellent customer service by phone
-Aggressively identifying client needs and new sales opportunities
-Maintaining accurate documentations of sales, account progress and contacts
-Attending events and leading webinars for congregational clients and church leaders to expand Augsburg Fortress’ presence in the marketplace
-Providing support to internal and external team members
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Minimum 2+ years’ successful sales experience, preferably in outbound sales
-Superior interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
-Desire and drive to succeed, a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail
-Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications

Knowledge of mainline Christian organizations and/or ELCA, organizational structures and mission a plus.
