A dynamic growing church seeks a full time Director of Family Ministry with either a BA in youth/family ministries or related field, or five years youth-related ministry experience. Our Director of Family Ministry will work with lay leadership to create disciples who create disciples. Relational skills are a must! Primary responsibilities include: recruiting, training, equipping, empowering, and supervising lay Leaders to function in a Purpose Driven Family Ministry Model. The Director of Family Ministry will demonstrate Christian values through words and actions, and work with leadership to develop programs for fellowship, discipleship, and service.
