The Associate Pastor is a key member of Lakeshore St. Andrew's leadership and teaching team. He/She will oversee and facilitate the development of all aspects of ministry designed to assimilate people into the church and into a growing spiritual maturity. This will take into account all levels of spiritual maturity, as well as the varied pathways through which spiritual formation takes place. Development and leadership of small groups and spiritual growth events are a main focus, as is teaching and preaching. The Associate Pastor will also assist with counselling, and attending to weddings and funerals, and will actively participate on the Staff Management Team. The Associate Pastor will be an ordained Presbyterian Minister (or candidate), have strong teaching and leadership skills, and will be committed to faith development and spiritual formation.
