Great Harvest Church, a small, outreaching non-denominational church with is seeking a Senior Pastor for its Pocahontas, Arkansas location. Applicants should possess a proven track record of at least five years of pastoral ministry experience including preaching and/or teaching, leadership, pastoral care and a commitment to evangelism. Capabilities should also include relational, organizational and equipping skills in order to help grow the church through outreach and evangelism. Commitment to the vision, values and strategies as a staff pastor of Great Harvest Church is essential. Baccalaureate and divinity degrees preferred.
