Job Description:
Living Word Ministries, a charismatic, multi-ethnic church, is seeking a Creative Arts Director to oversee and develop all aspects of our Creative Arts Department and to facilitate the smooth production of all weekend and special services. This includes, but is not limited to, managing, directing and assisting in all facets of digital media production (video creation and production, editing, multisite video feeds and lighting); managing and assisting in creating dramas/skits, set design, props and staging; leading and directing all staff and volunteers in the Creative Arts Department; and managing the design and maintenance of the church website.
All applicants selected for potential employment will be required to submit a sample video production of their own work. This sample will include both editing on a non-linear editing system and examples demonstrating ability to work with video cameras in electronic field production.
Skills and Experience Required:
- FinalCut Pro
- Motion
- DVD Studio Pro
- Compressor
- After Effects and Photoshop like software preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a multi-media production
environment involving graphics and multiple playback devices
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in production or multi-media technology
